Free Pattern:Chunky Lacy Cowl

I have had so much fun making a couple different cowls from this awesome pattern. This design is so simple and straight forward, it only takes a couple hours to complete from start to finish depending how fast you knit. I love it when you come across a pattern that is so simple yet the finished product looks as though you have spent several days painstakingly knitting away!

I found this pattern through Raverly, the designer is Heidi and it can be found on her website named "Lilibeth's Garden".

Materials:

1 skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick

One size US 13 / 9mm circular needle, 18” long (or there abouts!)

One stitch marker

Cast on 55 stitches, place marker and prepare to knit in the round.

Rows 1-2 knit

Row 3 *(p2tog) twice, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, (p2tog) twice; repeat from * 4 more times

Rows 4 knit

Repeat these rows 7 more times. Knit one more row and then bind off loosely.

Yes, that's it! You're finished!!!
