I LOVE tea, I find tea relaxing and enjoyable to drink. I am also interested in the health benefits that different types of teas provide. Here is a small list of teas that I love and a little blurb about each one!
Green Tea: Full of antioxidant that keep free radicals from attacking your body, green tea is one of the most popular teas. It helps prevents tooth decay, Inhibits arthritis, and helps the body burn more calories.
White Tea: White tea is produced by plucking the tea leaves before they fully mature. Some benefits include, boosting the immune system and helps fight cancer-causing free radicals.
Black Tea: Black tea, unlike green and white tea goes through a fermentation process that gives it its dark colour and distinct flavour. Some of the benefits of Black tea are: prevents bad breath, prevents clogged arteries and helps reduce LDL levels (bad) cholesterol.
Oolong Tea: This tea has a sweet and flowery flavour. It helps prevent cavities, improves blood flow to the heart and helps build stronger bones.
