More Colours!

Here are some different colours of my "Slouch Hat"

The last couple of days have been really busy, Christmas shopping, Christmas baking, house cleaning, getting ready for my Nephews birthday and catching up on some new orders. That is the only downfall to knitting is how much time it consumes! Just think how many projects we could complete if it didn't take sooooo... long to just knit. I really think that people underestimate how much time and effort it takes to complete a simple project, just think is it the proper yarn with the proper weight, are the needles the right size, then does the gauge work out properly, and that is just the prep! Let alone if you find you have made a mistake and have to tear the whole thing out! Don't get me wrong I LOVE knitting I just wish there was a faster way to complete my projects, but don't we all!

  1. I know girl! When I first started knitting this hat, stitches slipped off the back of needles several times when I got to the "4th" row and I had to start over - I finally got smart and cut rubber bands in half and made little "loopies" out of them and put them on both sides of the needles I wasn't working with - the only open point were the two I was working with - no more slipping.

  2. I would like the pattern for this hat. If you will share it please send to the following - Thanks.
